How to Add Students and Parents
- Students: From the members screen, click "add new"

Note: Add Username (we suggest something you'll remember like FirstinitialLastname and your studio initials [i.e., John Smith and Lucky Music School would be "jsmithlms"]). Capitalizations are not recognized so feel free to use them or not. Add a password you'll remember like the word "password" - students can go back in and change it later on.
- Free form fields are ways to keep track of students for marketing purposes:
- School name (the name of the school they attend)
- Source (how did they hear about your business)
- Enrollment date (when they joined your school)
- Grade (what grade they're in - note: this does not update with each following year)
- Promotion percentage:
- this box effects a student's first tuition billing. For instance, if 50% is plugged in, this will take off half of their very first tuition and normalize after that.
