Adjust Payments by Day of Week and Plan

An overview of how to filter the future payments report to adjust certain payments based on the day of the week of the lesson and/or the plan!

Using our "future payment" filters makes discounting for holidays easy! 

• When you choose "future" payments on the payments report, you will notice a "day of the week" and a "plan name" filter appear.  Here's how to use them for your discounts.: 
  • Example: Christmas is on a Thursday and you'd like to discount students who will be
    "missing" a lesson due to the holiday.  By filtering the future payments that are on Thursdays with students on the same plan, you then know exactly which students to discount, and can edit accordingly.

These filters are intended to make it easier to filter students on variable 5th week billing plans for holidays so you can edit the amount owed more easily.

• Select:
  • Date range
  • Payment time = "future"
  • Day of the week of the holiday
  • Plan name (so the students that need to be will all be the same price)
• Next:

  • Edit the “amount owed” to discount for holiday
