Are You Ready to Fully Launch and Get Out of Basecamp?

Here are some things to consider before doing so!

  • First, double check that these three important things are ready to go for your school:
    1. All of your billing plans are made and good to go
    2. Your teachers open times are set on the schedule
    3. Your students are scheduled to the correct teachers and have billing plans attached (whether individual lessons or a group!)
    4. Teachers are comfortably taking attendance for their classes

      Other Things to Consider:
    • Your welcome email has been customized for your school - we recommend changing the email to be from your school (rather than TeacherZone), and adding links directing your students to download the app and sign in:
      • You can prompt them to sign in and update their individual passwords to something of their choosing
      • If automating payments, you can let them know when to expect the payment to be collected (i.e., the 1st, 5th, 25th, etc)
