The audit reports can function to gather both scheduling and billing data!
The audit reports serve to help you comprehend the scheduled activities and upcoming billing, enabling you to detect and rectify any errors. By reviewing, you can identify which lessons and group/class schedules are linked to billing plans and make edits if needed.
- The Billing Audit Report:
- View the scheduled recurring or booked billing and attempt to retry billing in case of a batch failure:
- The One-Time Fee/Proration Audit Report:
- This report enables you to review the one-time fees for lessons and proration amounts that are included in a student's billing plan when booking:

- The Scheduling Audit Report:
- This report allows you to audit your schedules to make sure they are tied properly to billing plans. If they are not, just click the edit pencil and it will take you to the schedule:

- After you click "edit", you'll be taken to the schedule.
- When you access the schedule, you will be directed to the specific student's lesson. From here, you can adjust the plan to align the correct billing plan with the lesson:
Note: It is advised to toggle the on/off switch to the "off" position when making changes to scheduling to align billing plans with the correct schedule. This stops any notifications being sent to the teacher/student.
