Booking a Billing Plan from the Schedule - Private Lessons

Here is an overview of how to book a student to a private lesson billing plan from the schedule!

To book a billing plan from the schedule, go to the weekly schedule view and drag a student on the schedule or "edit" an existing student.

1. Click "Book Plan":

2. Once you've clicked "Book Plan", the next step is to choose your plan.

Note: Don't choose anything within the schedule yet as the plan will dictate the duration (length of lesson time).

3. Next, choose other parameters.

Note: "Start Date" is very important as this is when a plan will actually bill and queue up the future payments. If you are owed money before the start date, use our "One-time payment" option or our "proration" feature.
