Explaining the custom questions feature for online registration forms!
You have the ability to customize questions on your registration pages. This feature is specifically designed to be displayed at the registration page level.
- You can create questions that have:
- Short answer
- Dropdown lists
- Checkboxes
Note: Once the questions are answered on the registration pages, the responses will be stored under the student profile (accessible under student edit) and also in the student information reports.
- To include questions, navigate to the plan builder to modify existing plans or create new ones that incorporate questions:
- Once you click to add a question, you can then choose how you would like the answer to be displayed:
- If you opt for dropdown or checkboxes, provide the options that students/parents can choose from as answers:
Note: Choose "required" if you want it to be mandatory that they answer the question.

- After being filled out on the registration pages, the answers will be displayed on the student profile and within the student information report:
