Duet Lessons with Two in One Slot

How to schedule two students at one time! Or what we like to call "duet" lessons.

• Have both on the schedule (to add both students in same time slot):

  • To add both students in the same time slot on the schedule, follow these steps:

    1. Turn off the notifications by clicking on the top right corner of the weekly schedule.

    2. Drag one student into the desired time slot and click on "book plan". Book the proper billing plan.

    3. Drag the other student into a random slot and click on "book plan". Book the proper billing plan.

    4. Edit the student lesson within the "random" slot to be the same as the desired time slot.

    5. Accept any duplicate schedule events that may appear.

    These steps will help you efficiently schedule both students in the same time slot.
