Congratulations on completing your first LIVE training. Here's a review of some of the important elements that were covered and that you should be sure to try or become more familiar with.
Things to know or make sure you have done!
- Setup your school time zone (this will carry to all users under school as default)
- Know and manage all your preferences in the sidebar
- Make sure you verify the custom communications email (your school's email so that if students/parents respond, you'll receive those messages!)
- Schedule your teacher availability/ holiday blocks
- Become adept at setting up a billing plan in detail
- Know all the schedule basics including attaching a plan to a lesson when booking
- Become familiar with payments report including future report and editing the future payment amount for one month as needed (we mainly see this with holidays)
- Right click on dashboard and open multiple tabs each morning (getting a groovy workflow going - always a great habit to have)
- Try running the student report for customer data including day of week filter for emergencies - then, export that data to become familiar with the process
- Try to turn off notifications on weekly schedule top right On/Off switch
- Track new registration, scheduling and attendance behavior with recent activities
- Review articles on how to add new payment methods (especially credit cards!)
- Add your login widget to your website
- Review articles on registration and contracts to be able to add all of the important contracts to your school
