Google Calendar Sync Issues

Here are some troubleshooting recommendations to use when experiencing Google Calendar sync issues.

If you are having issues with GCal/Google Calendar sync here's what we recommend:

  1. Login to TeacherZone and Un-Sync
  2. Wait 15 Minutes
  3. Re-Sync

Note: If you are logged into multiple Google accounts, this can confuse the system. Please log out of all accounts except the one you are syncing

 

If this doesn't fix the issues then

1.  Please go to this link in your browser: myaccount.google.com/permissions

2.  Go to TeacherZone listed on that list and click "Remove Access"

3.  Login to TeacherZone and "Re-Sync"

A new token should be issued, allowing the sync to work as expected.
