      "Location" on Attendance Reports

      How to track the "location" on lesson attendance.

      • Location on Attendance Reports:
        • When generating attendance reports, selecting "location" from the schedule will display the corresponding location on all reports. This feature is especially useful for accurately tracking whether lessons are conducted "In Person," "Online," or "In-Home."
      1. Select the location when scheduling a lesson or recording attendance.
      2. Select "Following" for recurring lessons or "Only this" for one-time lessons:

       

      Note: if you do not select a location, it will appear as "NA" in the attendance reports.
