How to make students inactive in TeacherZone

Making a student inactive in TeacherZone is a wonderful option if you don't want to delete a student from the software altogether, especially if there is a chance they would return to your school! This way, the student still has an account within the software that they can easily return to.

The main things to remember when marking students inactive is to also make sure their billing and scheduling is cancelled. Just making a student inactive will NOT cancel recurring billing plans.
