An Overview of the Mass Notification Email

The mass notification email is most often only toggled "ON" when a school is finished onboarding and they're ready to welcome all students to the TZ platform.

 

  • Mass notification welcome email:  You have the option to send login information (username/password) to all users at any time using this feature. After uploading your data, you can effortlessly send an email to ALL teachers, parents, and students with their usernames and passwords automatically filled in. Feel free to customize the email content, just be sure not to alter the $Username$ and $Password$ fields to ensure the data is populated correctly before sending.
    • Go to custom communication menu and edit the "Mass Notification Welcome Email":

 

    • After editing to your desired text, toggle "ON" and save:

 

Congratulations, a mass notification welcome email has now been sent to all of your users!

 

  • Sending individual usernames and passwords: If you want to send individual user information, you can do so by editing their data on the members screen and saving it. You can also reset their password or send them a password reset link:
