Mass Notification Email

When we upload your rosters your Teachers, Parents and Students do NOT get a welcome email with their usernames and passwords.  If you add them using the "Add New" buttons, they will.

Sending Username and Passwords:  If you'd like to send just one user their info... please do that from the members screen by editing their data and saving, pressing the "reset password" or sending them this password reset link.

Mass Notification:  You can send all your users their login information (username/password) anytime using this function.  As you wish after we upload your data, you can send ALL your Teachers, Parents and Students an email that will auto-fill their Usernames and Passwords and send to all.  You can edit any part of the email, but don't mess with the $Username$ and $Password$ fields or the user data will not automatically fill in before sending.

Step 1:  Go to Custom Communication and edit the 3rd Welcome Email down:

 

Step 2:  After editing to your desired text, go ahead and turn "On" and save.  

 

Congratulations, a mass notification has now been sent to all of your users!
