Using the chat feature in the TeacherZone student app!
TeacherZone's chat feature provides a convenient way to receive important system messages from your school. Your school or teacher must activate the chat function initially to enable you to respond effectively.
- You have the ability to communicate directly with your teacher or with entire groups/classes through the chat feature.
- Parents have the ability to access and view all of their children's chat conversations. Additionally, parents can directly communicate with their children's teachers and the school through the chat feature.

- Click on "messages" under student and parent accounts:
- Upon clicking on the chat feature, you will be directed to the contacts screen where you can view and, if permitted, respond to chat messages:
- "My Chat" is the section where you can find ongoing chat conversations:
- Students are able to type and send messages in any ongoing chat conversations they are a part of. Parents can read and engage in direct chats with their children's teachers and the school if this feature is enabled:
