      Here's some of the updates and enhancements to our system this quarter

      TZ Learn (Student/Parent App)

      Members/Schedule:

      • Added Birthdate and Lesson Type to contact card view as Admin/Teacher
      • Updated linking from schedule to Group Contact Card (Monthly/Weekly/Daily)

      Registration/Plan/Store Purchase:

      • Updated Registration Pages to be more mobile friendly (better text boxes/zoomed up fields, easier to read on mobile).
      • Added customizable SMS/Email notifications for Schools to be notified when a new student registers, buys a plan or store item (under Custom Communication)

      Payments:

      • Added an auto-pay checker that doesn’t allow a retry or recharge of payment unless there is a verification of transaction ID and failed transaction (so double billing can’t occur).
      • Added more detailed status under full view on Payments Report
      • Added Export for Student/Parent Payment Reports

      Reporting:

      • Fixed Student Report highly filtered data to match exported data.
      • Fixed time display on Audit Report
      • Added PDF Contracts with name/time stamps and search functionality for all users

      Multiple Locations:

      Added Reporting so overseers of multiple locations can easily pull reports:

      • Payroll
      • Payments
      • Attendance
