How to add a custom color to different lessons for better organziation!
In order to enhance visibility for Teachers and Administrators and to differentiate between "Online" and "In Person" lessons, you can set a default "Color" for "Online" lessons.
- Go to the school's preferences > custom branding:
- After selecting a color and marking it as "active" (by checking the "active" box and saving), it will automatically be set as the default color for the entire school.
- When ALL teachers and administrators select "online" lessons as the location, they will all see the same color:
- Once the default color for "Online" lessons is set, it will be displayed until attendance is taken. It's important to note that attendance colors will take precedence over custom colors. Refer to the attendance legend for more information.
