In TeacherZone you can easily pull Student/Parent information from AIMsi.

Step 1: Provide API Key to TeacherZone from AIMsi (email questions@teacherzone.com the key)
Step 2: From the Student/Parent Add Screen you'll now say a Tri-Tech pull icon.
Step 3a (Add Student): For Adult Students use the name that matches. For children, please choose the correct dependant.
Step 3b (Add Student): Choose "Yes" and put in the Username and PW.
Step 4 (Add Parent/Guardian): If you want to add a Parent/Guardian account go to Parent "Add New" and add the record that does NOT have a dependant. Then select their Student/s names and save.

Note: Integration into AIMsi requires v12 Active E
Setup
Maintenance -> ledger -> payment category
- Add a description “TeacherZone”
- Add a type “Regular Payment”
- Add the ledger to associate it with.
Go to Maintenance -> XML/EDI – XML/EDI Setup
- 1)Select Active-e TeacherZone
- 2)Select “Enable TeacherZone”
- 3)Enter the username provided by TeacherZone
- 4)Enter the Password provided by TeacherZone
- 5)Add the Member ID provided by TeacherZone
- 6)Add your invoice category (your non-inventory category that you are selling)
- 7)For Misc Payment Category select TeacherZone and save
As classes are sold and paid for payment and ledger records are created in AIMsi.
FYI Tri-tech allows for unlimited Custom Payment Types.
To setup ALL payment types including the Custom Payment Types like (Cash, Check...etc.)...
Simply type in the type (after pipe).
