Package Billing Plan

An overview look on "packages" of lessons!

If you want billing to recur based on how much a student attends their lessons (or if students only want to purchase a set number of lessons at a time and use them as they wish), this is your plan!

Check out this overview video:

  • How do recurring Package Plans work?
    • Packages are essentially a pack of lessons (i.e., 4 pack, 8 pack, 10 pack, etc) that is owed to the student.
      • The lessons are used based on the parameters you've chosen on the plan builder. This is in regard to how the lessons are "counted", including being marked as attended, banked, no show, or teacher/student cancelled. For example, if a student "no shows" a lesson, you can decide if this still counts against the "pack" they've paid for (essentially, they would forfeit the lesson).

Note: Attendance MUST be taken for this payment type to recur (this is how lessons are "counted" and are used up based on the previously discussed criteria).

Another note: If you choose "banked" then the lesson will be counted when banked, not when restored.  If you uncheck "banked", the lesson will be counted when "restored" not banked.
