Here's how to navigate reducing the first payment of a student's recurring plan! This is great for marketing promotions!
You can easily adjust the first payment using the "promotion" box!- It is location in three places:
- The student edit
- The plan builder
- The group plan builder
- If you have percentage number in there then the very first payment will be reduced.
- For example: You plug in a promotion of 50% on the student edit = ALL plans booked for this student will take 50% off first payment.
Note: If you want to discount ALL payments, then use the "discount" field on the actual plans them selves by editing an existing or adding when you book their plan as an admin.

- Student Edit: You may add a promotion directly on the student when they are already in the system.

- Plan Builder: Our private lesson plan builder offers the option to apply a promotion for the first time. This means that you can even set it to 100% if you want to provide the first month or payment for free.

- Group Plan Builder: Our group plans provide the opportunity for a special offer on the first payment. You can even set it to 100% if you wish to offer the first month or payment for free.
