Weekly Recurring Payment Plans
An overview look on billing plans that recur payment each week.
If you want to bill the same day each week without having to worry about taking attendance, then you'll want to use our recurring "weekly" billing plans.
Check out the overview video below:
- You can find this under your school's Student Billing > Plan Builder > Add New Private or Group Plan
- Simply enter the parameters you wish for scheduling (lesson frequency, length of time, number of lessons on schedule), and then within the billing details, select recurring billing, enter your weekly lesson price, and select "weekly" for the recurring method!
Now your school is set to offer weekly recurring billing plans!
This is a great option for new students just getting to know your school (that may not be ready to commit to a monthly payment), OR for schools looking to offer more payment flexibility for students!
