Refund customers and students from the payments report!

• Refunds from the payments report are free form so you may put in a partial or full amount that is to be refunded. This works with all payment types including custom manual payments:

• Do the same credit card rates apply to refunds as charges? 
  • No, we do not charge a percentage for refunds - only an authorization fee of .15 cents per transaction fee.
