Semester Billing Plans

Semester billing plans are perfect if your school has term start/end dates and base tuition on a date range totaling cost of each individual lesson!

There are two ways to charge for semester payment plans:

  • All up front (single charge)
  • Payments over time (recurring payments each month, and you can choose how many payments are made until the total amount is paid off)

Check out this overview video:

  • Semester Billing:
    • From the "Plan Builder", select this option and put in the cost per lesson.
    • Then, based on the day of the week of the lesson and the end date of the billing plan, the system will count how many lessons between the start and end dates, and calculate the total amount owed.

Example: If the lesson cost is $25 per lesson and the lessons take place on Tuesdays, and there are two Tuesdays between the start and end dates on the billing plan, then 2 x $25 is $50 so the semester cost would be $50 (our system calculates for you when you book the plan).

  • Booking a semester plan:
    • Allows for holiday block discounts or moving expiration date forward
    • Allows for down payment
    • Allows ability to breakup whole term in as many payments as you wish on a fixed monthly draw
    • Allows you to start billing from a past date (so actual lesson count is accurate)
    • The notes from the payment report show everything
