      U.S. Payment Processing and Billing Overview

      • Do you offer recurring tuition billing?
        • Absolutely! You have the flexibility to set up recurring tuition plans on a monthly basis, variable monthly basis (5th week), every 28 days, or based on semesters. Alternatively, you can create lesson packages that automatically recur once the student has completed the required number of lessons according to our scheduler.       • What is the per transaction credit card rate/s and fees?
        • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners: 2.75% plus .15cents per transaction
        • Amex and Business Rewards: 3.0% plus .15cents per transaction 
       
      • Are there extra charges for an international credit card?
        • No. The fees for international credit cards may vary depending on the type of card. In most cases, it will be charged at the "unqualified rate" of 3.00%. Occasionally, it may be charged at the "Mid-Qual" rate of 2.75%. However, in general, the fee will be 3.00%.
      • Who does your processing?
        • Our payment processing is done through the merchant name "Electronic Cash Systems (ECS)" which utilizes Global Payments, First Data, and World Pay to process transactions at the Federal Reserve.
      • What are the monthly fees I can expect?
        • None. Monthly fees are not applicable as they are included with your TeacherZone monthly membership.
      • Is ACH available and what are the fees?
        • To enable ACH payments, simply request approval when our team contacts you. The fee for ACH transactions is only 25 cents per transaction.
      • What security protocols are in place for my customers information?
        • Our payment processing system is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This means that we have implemented advanced encryption and tokenization techniques to protect our customers' credit card data. We do not store any sensitive information, but instead use Security Metrics to ensure the security of the data. When processing tuition payments, we simply pass a token, which is a unique identifier, to initiate the billing process. Rest assured that your customer's data is safe and secure with us.
      • Do you have an app for single transactions and can I get a swiper? 
        • Yes, we offer the convenient option of using our "iProcess" app for single transactions. If you require a swiper to enhance your payment processing experience, you can simply request one from us for a fee of $49.95.
