Using Chat
Our Chat/Instant Messenger is a great way to create a more social environment for solo Teachers or Multiple Teacher Studios.
Keep Kids Safe: If you teach minors we advise not allowing your Teachers to communicate in any way outside of TeacherZone. With Texting, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and more it is very confusing and too unsafe to allow your staff to communicate outside of our portal. Parents will greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness in keeping their kids safe.
Teachers Must Initiate Chats: We suggest having Teachers say “Hi” to Students and Groups to initiate the first chat the first lesson TZ is introduced. If you are a Teacher know that students can NOT Chat with you until you initiate.
Uploading Files: You can upload files to your student or they can share them back with you. All file types are supported and when uploaded, the files save in the Library of whoever uploaded the file.
