How to Verify Your School's Email Address

Here's how to make TeacherZone notifications come from your school's email address (so your students aren't confused!)

For TeacherZone system notifications to come from your school email address, you have to verify the email address via AWS (Amazon Web Service) where we host our cloud based system.

To do so, click the "verify" button under custom communications. This will send a verification email from AWS, which will guide you in finishing the verification process. Then all notifications your students receive will look as though they're coming from your school (rather than TeacherZone!)

Once you click the link from the email, you'll get a "congratulations" message like this and you are done!

Note: If you'd like to change the email, change it on the school profile, then go back to custom communications and re-select the "verify" button. Once verified, you'll know because the "verify" button will disappear (just displaying your email on custom communications screen).

Note: It may take up to 12 hours for emails to start sending from your verified email address.
