What happens if I found a bug or something isn't working on TeacherZone?

Please remember there are many variables to cloud based software.

  2. The Cloud Servers (we host with AWS "Amazon Web Services)
  3. Your Device
  4. Your Browser
  5. How You Interact With the Functions in the System

What happens when I find a bug?

  1. Is your Web Browser up to date?  We recommend Google Chrome on desktop but whatever browser you are using, make sure you are using the latest version.
  2. Have you enabled cookies?  Our system uses cookies to remember your secure login credentials so you'll need to enable them to access or system online.
  3. Can you recreate it every time?  With programming we must be able to recreate the issue or there isn't anything our team can troubleshoot and fix.
