What happens if I found a bug or something isn't working in TeacherZone?

It is important to keep in mind that there are numerous factors to consider when it comes to cloud-based software:
- The programming /source code
- The cloud servers (we host with AWS, or "Amazon Web Services")
- Your device
- Your browser
- How you interact with the functions in the system
What happens when I find a bug?
- Make sure your web browser is up to date. We recommend using Google Chrome on desktop, but regardless of the browser you choose, ensure that you are using the latest version available.
- Make sure to enable cookies in your browser. Our system uses cookies to securely store your login information, allowing you to access our system online without any hassle.
- Is it possible to consistently replicate the issue? In order for our programming team to effectively troubleshoot and resolve the issue, it is crucial that we are able to recreate it every time.
