What happens when a new student signs up through a widget?
Allow us to explain!
- First, on the widget, a student can view the widget > select the plan > choose instrument > select teacher > choose lesson time:
- They will then be prompted to pay for the plan and create a TeacherZone account.
- The system will send you an email confirming your new student:
- You will get a notification in your "notification center" and "recent activities":
- The student will be placed on the schedule (in the time slot that they chose) with the word "new" next to it. That is your indication to know they are a new student from your widget:
EASY! The payment will be processing and the new student will be on the schedule. Nothing else needed to be done.
