Adding Groups/Classes WITHOUT Billing

How to add groups and classes without a billing plan

 

  • These groups/classes can:
    • Have practice homework assigned
    • Engage in a group chat message thread
    • Be assigned on the schedule 
    • Have role/attendance taken
    • Can have a group billing plan for all students, or each individual can be assigned a different plan
  1. To create a group/class, go to the members menu found on the left-hand side of the desktop:
  2. Click "add new":
    1. Create a name and description:
    2. Add teachers:
    3. When adding teachers, check their name, then click on the arrow to assign them, then SAVE:
    4. Add students:
    5. When adding students, check their name, then click on the arrow to assign them, then SAVE:

 

Now you're ready to assign, chat, book, and more with your created group!
