How to Adjust Future Payments By Searching the Day of the Week

This can be helpful when discounting a monthly payment for holidays!

The future payment report is found via the payment report! 

Example:

New Year's Day is on a Monday and you'd like to discount the monthly payment for these students as they're missing a lesson due to the holiday.  By filtering the report to show students with lessons on Mondays + the specific plan name you know you'd like to discount, you'll know exactly who needs to be adjusted for the month!

Here's an overview video for the example stated above:

• Make selections for these:
  • Date range
  • "Future" payment time
  • Day of the week of the holiday
  • Plan name 
• Then:
  • Search to filter
  • Edit the “amount owed” to discount for the holiday
