It is super easy to help clients get credit cards in the system!
PLEASE NOTE: If you are willing to pay a fee, certain software systems can provide you with your clients' credit card information. If you have access to this information, we can assist you in entering it into TeacherZone in bulk.
- Here's the easy five-step process to get set up for automated billing:
- When you've been approved for autobilling, you can begin to book students to billing plans (learn more about this process here!):
- If you schedule a plan for the future and there is no credit card on file, a yield symbol will appear to indicate that an email has been sent:
Note: If both the student and guardian information is entered but there is no credit card on file, we will automatically send emails with a link for them to input the credit card details when you book the billing plan.

- Navigate to the payments report and use the search function to filter transactions by "future" transactions:
- If you see a reminder button, it means that no credit card information has been entered yet. If you don't see the reminder button, it means that the system already has credit card information on file:
