How to Assign New Contracts to Students That Have Already Agreed to Previous Ones

How to assign new contracts to existing students that have already agreed to contracts in the past.

 

  • To initiate the process, you will need to reset the "contracts" feature on the student's account. Simply navigate to the student's profile, locate the "agreed" section under contracts, and select the option to "reset" it:

     

  • After resetting the "contracts" feature, you can proceed to assign new contracts to the student for their agreement:

  • If you wish to view the previous contracts signed by the existing student, you can access them through the contracts report:

As such, rest assured that even after resetting a student's contracts, you will still be able to access previous ones as they have been converted into PDF format at the time of agreement.
