Here's how to limit the number of students for group classes and registration.
In the group plan builder, you have the option to set limits on the number of registrations for a group and the number of attendees for a class. If you utilize our "drop-in" function, you can have a maximum count for the whole group that is larger than the number of students allowed in the class. Click here for more information on the drop-in feature.
- Max Allowed Registration: This represents the number of students you wish to enable to register for a group class through a widgets. When this limit is reached, the widget will notify users that the class is full and they will be added to a waitlist.
- Waitlist: You can access the "student report" in the school admin section and filter the report by selecting the "waitlist" tag. This will allow you to view only the students who are on the waitlist. Additionally, you have the option to export this filtered list of students to a CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping purposes.
- Max Allowed Per Class: This feature allows you to control the number of attendees for a class. It is particularly useful for "Drop Ins" where you may have over 100 students registered, but you want to limit how many times they can attend each week. You can also impose a limit on the class itself, for example, allowing only 10 students to reserve or RSVP for a class out of the 100 drop-ins. Learn more about drop-ins here.
