PDF Contracts and Agreements

We create a pdf of all agreed to Contracts and Agreements

Note: You can have users agree to contract one of two ways...

1. When registering, you have the option to assign different agreements to each billing plan/registration URL.

2. For existing teachers/students, you can find this option under the profile view or student report (assign all).

Using PDF Contracts and Agreements

When a student or family agrees to your contracts or agreements, we generate a time/date stamped agreement that includes a digital signature from the student or the entire family (if parent accounts are attached).

Users can see agreements under the "Contracts" report as an Admin or Student/Parent...

There are several attributes of the pdf contract/agreements

School Logo and Name at top automatically
Date/time stamp when agreed top left of every page
Page numbers put in automatically on top right of every page
Full details of digital signature at the bottom of every contract/Agreement
